Guatemala man, 29, awaits to return to the U.S. after ICE admitted it deported him by error while he was awaiting his asylum hearing

Csar Marroqun is awaiting the green light from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to travel from Guatemala to the United States after he was deported by mistake August 19.
